  • representative products: integrated brushless motors drives, actuators, solenoid valves, moving mechanisms, personal care devices.

To expand the German & EU market we are expanding the team in our office in Germany and looking for:

ASSISTANT of General Manager & Sales Department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performing general administrative duties such as filing, copying, taking phone calls and other office management,
  • Organizing business trips,
  • Reservations of hotels,
  • Process travel expenses,
  • Process invoices and financial transaction,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) with the following skills: data entry, reporting, graphic design and internet research
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines
  • A professional and proven team player with customer focus

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business School,
  • 2 years’ experience in one or more of the following capacities: Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or executive assistant
  • Fluent English and German

Candidates who also speaks Slovenian or Croatian will have advantage in the process of selection.

Other required qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently with little direction
  • History of maintaining confidentiality in working with private and sensitive information
  • Proficient with PC Skills including Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Demonstrate independent motivation, drive and initiative to enhance company and department goals
  • Be a team player and a focal point for procedural coordination within the office while offering support to the sales and sales operations organization
  • Must be adaptable, dependable, and work well with others
  • Possess exceptional oral and written communications skills and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals
  • Demonstrate solid attention to detail and a penchant for accuracy
  • Must be flexible and maintain a positive attitude and the capacity for discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and problem solve
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines

OTHER:

  • Flexibility in working hours to meet deadlines is expected
  • 40hours contract
