Podjetje ARCHE Consulting Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. išče sodelavca/ko v kadrovski službi. Zadolženi boste za podporo podjetjem s slovenskega trga na področju obračuna plač in drugih kadrovskih postopkih. Od vas pričakujemo: najmanj 2 leti delovnih izkušenj na področju obračuna plač, kadrovskega svetovanja in kadrovanja. Prijave prosim pošljite v angleškem jeziku na biuro@arche-consulting.pl.

Responsibilities:
• supporting HR and payroll processes for the companies from Slovenian market,
• inspiring work on one of the three seniority levels: specialist, team leader or department manager depending on experience and knowledge,
• taking care of timely processes and adherence to company standards,
• compliance with the procedures related to the GDPR and incident management,
• maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements, system updates, changes and general payroll procedures,
• managing and monitoring customer SLAs to ensure the achievement of their goals,
• additional responsibilities related to team management, schedule and contact with clients for people interested in team leader/team manager positions.

Kaj pričakujemo
• minimum 2 years of experience in the area of Payroll / HR Consulting / HR Outsorcing,
• higher education, directional or related,
• good knowledge of the SAP program (HR modules) or another ERP system,
• communicative knowledge of English (minimum B2 level),
• knowledge of Slovenian or Romanian will be an adventage,
• very good knowledge of the MsOffice package (especially Excel, Word, Power Point),
• ability to work in a group and individually,
• willingness to relocate- only for people outside of Poland,
• experience in managing a team in a corporate environment will be an additional advantage.
