You are a self-driven who is hardworking and enthusiastic to learn, reliable and goal-oriented, persistent and patient, as most of the sales projects are long term, team player. You are continuously oriented towards sales results and work in a proactive way.

About the job

  • Profitable sales development (Sales volume, invoicing, gross margin) & Ownership of forecast figures
  • Covering Alfa Laval’s full product range (heat exchangers, high-speed separators, Decanters, fluid handling equipment to Food & Water Industry
  • Continuously focusing on relations of the existing sales channels & developing the newly appointed ones
  • Continuous market mapping within area of responsibility in order to evaluate and use every fundamental market opportunity
  • Gather competitor intelligence and take appropriate market actions in consultation with Regional Manager

Main Task

  • Product selection and sizing, preparing and discussing commercial & technical offers
  • Following up the proposals with customers
  • following up the obligations arising from the sales contracts,
  • projects execution
  • follow up the payments;
  • organizing commissioning jobs
  • assisting sales stuff with reporting and forecasting
  • marketing research - continuously search for new customers and business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through premium service and sales support.
  • Attend the internal meetings
  • Continuous knowhow development by attending the web trainings and self-studies
  • Claims Handling
  • Covering Alfa Laval’s full product range (heat exchangers, high-speed separators, Decanters, fluid handling equipment to Food & Water Industry
  • Continuously focusing on relations of the existing sales channels & developing the newly appointed ones
  • Continuous market mapping within area of responsibility in order to evaluate and use every fundamental market opportunity, gather competitor intelligence

What you know

You have an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Food Processing), commercial and financial acumen. The experience on similar position will be an advantage. You are fluent in English.

O delovnem mestu
Donosen razvoj prodaje (obseg prodaje, izdajanje računov, bruto marža) in odgovornost za napovedani promet
Odgovornost za celotno paleto izdelkov podjetja Alfa Laval (toplotni izmenjevalniki, visokohitrostni ločevalniki, sistemi za dekantiranje, oprema za rokovanje s tekočinami za prehrambno in vodno industrijo)
Neprestana osredotočenost na odnose z obstoječimi prodajnimi kanali in razvoj na novo dodeljenih kanalov
Neprestano mapiranje trga znotraj področja odgovornosti, tako da je mogoče oceniti in izkoristiti vsako temeljno tržno priložnost
Zbiranje informacij o konkurenci in za trg primeren odziv pri posvetovanju z regionalnim vodjem
Glavna naloga
Izbira in opredelitev izdelkov, priprava in obravnava trgovskih ter tehničnih ponudb
Spremljanje predlogov pri strankah
Preverjanje obveznosti iz naslova prodajnih pogodb,
izvajanje projektov
Spremljanje plačil;
organizacija naročil
Pomoč prodajnemu osebju pri poročilih in napovedih
Raziskave trga – neprestano iskanje novih strank in poslovnih priložnosti
Zagotavljanje zadovoljstva strank z vrhunskimi storitvami in podporo pri prodaji
Udeležba na notranjih sestankih
Neprestano razvijanje znanja z udeležbo na spletnih izobraževanjih in s samostojnim učenjem
Upravljanje terjatev
Odgovornost za celotno paleto izdelkov podjetja Alfa Laval (toplotni izmenjevalniki, visokohitrostni ločevalniki, sistemi za dekantiranje, oprema za rokovanje s tekočinami za prehrambno in vodno industrijo)

Kaj morate znati
Diploma iz inženirstva (strojniškega, kemijskega, živilskopredelovalnega) ter žilica za trgovino in finance. Izkušnje na podobnem delovnem mesta so zaželene. Tekoče govorite angleško.
