B2B Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented Email Marketer ready to take the lead and prepare B2B email marketing strategies. You will be part of a vibrant Marketing Team that is spearheading innovation of the Eurosender brand.

If you are interested in web technologies and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. Your main duties include organizing and running cold email marketing campaigns in different markets/countries and managing the respective email databases.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Identify new Markets to acquire new clients in these markets;
  • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including cold email campaign set-up, scheduling and testing;
  • Troubleshoots technical issues related with email delivery issues and other aspects of email execution;
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and other experiences that succeed through email;
  • Develop and Optimize the internal KPI goals;
  • Analyze campaign performance to get smart insights;
  • Recommend new ideas and innovations to grow and improve the email channel;
  • Coordinate the email campaigns with Sales and Customer Service departments in order to not overwhelm their work;
  • Analyze success of various marketing campaigns and channels to help increase overall productivity

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

For this role, we need a person that is able to listen and obviously sell the services that Eurosender offers. It is important to establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships and being able to support the client in any problem.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline;
  • 1-2 years work experience, preferably in the execution of B2B cold email marketing campaigns / email marketing platforms;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team;
  • A self-driven, goal oriented attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools;
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, including the technical points of view of Email Delivery, Open Rates and Click Rates;
  • Knowledge about Email Marketing Platforms and other email marketing tools;
  • Great attitude and a willingness to learn

TVOJE ODGOVORNOSTI BODO
- Identifikacija novih trgov za pridobivanje novih strank;
- Vsakodnevno izvajanje email tržnih aktivnosti, vključno s pripravo, razporejanjem in testiranjem ‘’cold’’ email kampanj;
- Odpravljanje tehničnih pomanjkljivosti pri dostavi emailov in pri drugih vidikih izvajanja oglaševanja;
- Priprava dokumentacije in časovnic za projekte, A/B testiranja in druge aktivnosti preko email kanalov;
- Razvoj in optimizacija KPI kazalnikov;
- Analiza uspešnosti oglaševalskih kampanj;
- Podajanje novih idej in inovacij za rast in izboljšavo e-poštnih kanalov;
- Usklajevanje email kampanj z oddelkoma za prodajo in podporo strankam;
- Analiziranje uspeha različnih oglaševalskih akcij in kanalov z namenom povečanja splošne produktivnosti;

NAŠA PRIČAKOVANJA
- Diploma iz ekonomije, trženja ali druge sorodne smeri;
- 1-2 leti delovnih izkušenj, po možnosti pri izvajanju B2B ‘’cold’’ email marketinških kampanj oz. platform;
- Sposobnost samostojnega dela z minimalno stopnjo usmeritev, hkrati pa tudi timska naravnanost;
- Poznavanje analitičnih in podatkovnih orodij;
- Dobro poznavanje e-poštnega trženja, vključno s tehničnimi vidiki dostave e-pošte, stopnjo odziva in klikov;
- Poznavanje platform za email trženje in drugih marketinških orodij;
- Proaktiven in ciljno naravnan odnos do dela, samoiniciativnost in želja po učenju
