Naša prodajna ekipa se posveča zagotavljanju najboljše možne izkušnje za naše B2B stranke na področju digitalne logistike. Ponosni so na ustvarjanje močnih in dolgotrajnih odnosov s strankami, s svojimi izjemnimi komunikacijskimi in pogajalskimi spretnostmi pa ne le izpolnjujejo, temveč presegajo pričakovanja naših strank.

ZAUPALI TI BOMO NASLEDNJE ODGOVORNOSTI:
- Aktivno pridobivanje novih strank in skrb za rast prodaje,
- opravljanje hladnih klicev na določenem geografskem območju za ustvarjanja novih poslovnih priložnosti,
- organiziranje prodajnih sestankov in predstavitev pri ključnih predstavnikih strank,
- sodelovanje z ekipo pri pripravi predlogov, ki bodo ustrezali potrebam, težavam in ciljem stranke,
- predstavite novih izdelkov in storitev s ciljem izboljšanja poslovnih odnosov,
- sodelovanje pri oblikovanju cenovne politike in rešitev, ki izpolnjujejo potrebe strank,
- prepoznavanje morebitnih težav in aktivno reševanje le-teh,
- ustvarjanje in ohranjanje pozitivnih in dolgoročnih odnosov s strankami.
VEŠČINE, KI JIH PRIČAKUJEMO:
- Vsaj 3 leta delovnih izkušenj na področju prodaje,
- odlične komunikacijske in pogajalske sposobnosti,
- aktivno znanje angleškega jezika in vsaj enega izmed dodatnih tujih jezikov: nemščina/portugalščina/hrvaščina/francoščina,
- poznavanje sistemov CRM (npr. Pipedrive, Salesforce),
- proaktivnost in analitično razmišljanje,
- ustvarjalnost in strast do prodaje.

ABOUT OUR SALES TEAM
Our sales team is dedicated to ensuring B2B clients have the best experience possible with our digital logistics services. They thrive on solving any challenges that arise and take pride in building strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers. With their exceptional communication and negotiation skills, they not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations. Joining our team means becoming part of a dynamic group of individuals who are passionate about sales and dedicated to driving our company's success.
RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH
- Research and identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization,
- Cold calls as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities,
- Plan approaches and pitches,
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals,
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives,
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships,
- Participate in pricing the solution/service and work with?team?to meet customer needs,
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion,
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately,
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM
- At least 3 years of working experiences in sales,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Active knowledge of English and at least one of the following languages: German/Portuguese/Croatian/French,
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce),
- Proactivity and analytical thinking,
- Creativity and a passion for sales.
