Vaše naloge: intenzivno upravljanje odnosov s strankami, analiza in evalvacija posameznih DIY trgovin (ocena potencialnega), zagotavljanje ustreznega videza POS -a, vzdrževanje predstavitve POS -a, sodelovanje pri načrtovanju in izvajanju prodajnih in tržnih ukrepov.

Tvoj profil: strokovno izobraževanje na ekonomskem, komercialnem ali tehničnem področju, tekoče govorite slovenski, hrvaški in angleški jezik, najmanj 2 leti delovnih izkušenj na področju prodaje ali trženja.

Field Sales representative for DIY channel (m/f)


YOUR TASKS:

  • Intensive customer relationship management
  • Analysis and evaluation of the individual DIY stores (assessment of potential), identification of optimization potential ( shelf appearance, communication, assortment, space productivity, quality of advice, etc.)
  • Ensuring a brand appropriate POS appearance, maintenance of the POS presentation
  • Participation in the planning and implementation of sales and marketing measures
  • Execute sales promotions and propose tailored promotions to customers to achieve DIY Budget
  • Product presentation and introduction, implementation of training courses
  • Steering of customer development and proposing plans to develop customers,
  • Identify market potential and detect business opportunities
  • Competent and comprehensive advice and support for the markets, special tailor made tasks
  • Reporting of sales evolution and updating customer database, apply regional sales strategies and activities

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Professional education in economics comercial or technical field (Secondary degree or equivalent)
  • Fluent in Slovenian, Croatian and English language (written and oral)
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales or marketing DIY sanitary business experience would be a plus
  • Driving licence and ability to travel in the country and region
  • Computer literacy in MS Office CRM program
  • Reliable, committed, ability to multitask, able to work well under stress and meet tight deadlines
