Vaše naloge:
Vi določite cilje kakovosti v posvetovanju z razvojem izdelkov in zagotovite kakovost naših izdelkov v razvojnem procesu
Ste kontaktna oseba za naše stranke glede vprašanj kakovosti pri razvoju izdelkov
Korektivne ukrepe za odstopanja v kakovosti podpirate v sodelovanju s projektno skupino in spremljate njihovo izvajanje
Izvajate analize tveganja na podlagi strankinih zahtev glede kakovosti ter identificirate kritične zahteve glede kakovosti in tveganja za napake
Ustvarite in posodabljate načrte inšpekcij (DVP) in dokumentirate rezultate inšpekcij
Sodelujete pri izdelavi FMEA (sistemski in procesni FMEA), izdelujete in posodabljate dokumente kakovosti na njihovi podlagi (načrt nadzora)
Začetni pregled vzorca uskladite s stranko, ustvarite poročilo o začetnem pregledu vzorca v skladu s specifikacijami stranke in pridobite strankino odobritev sistema.

Quality planner (m/w/d)
for the development of interior lighting - QD
Location Wembach / Black Forest, Germany
YOUR TASKS
• You define the quality targets in consultation with product development and ensure the quality of our products in the development process
• You are the contact person for our customers regarding quality issues in product development
• You support corrective measures for quality deviations in cooperation with the project team and monitor their implementation
• You carry out risk analyses based on the customer's quality requirements and identify critical quality requirements and failure risks
• You create and update inspection plans (DVP) and document the inspection results
• You collaborate in the creation of FMEA's (system and process FMEA), create and update the quality documents based on them (control plan)
• You coordinate the initial sample inspection with the customer, create the initial sample inspection report according to the customer's specifications and obtain the customer's system approval.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• Successfully completed training in the technical field with further training as a technician, master craftsman (m/f/d) or a technical university degree
• Ideally experience in the field of quality assurance, improvement or quality management
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good PC and English skills required
• Goal-oriented and structured way of working
• High level of commitment and initiative
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
