Bonjour, podjete Dejavniki Uspeha (Success Factors) je ze vec kot 10 let vodilno podjetje v regiji pri uvajanju SAP SuccessFactors orodja. Naše stranke spremljamo na njihovi poti digitalizacije HR (by the book & custom) procesov in skupaj z njimi risemo uspešnice. Dobro se razumemo z manjšimi podjetji, ki štejejo do 200 zaposlenih in tudi z velikimi nad 100.000 zaposlenih. Da bi se naša zgodba razvijala naprej, v svoje vrste vabimo nove zvezdice uspeha na pozicijah:


SAP SuccessFactors HR prodajalec
(ki poleg sodobnih pristopov pozna tudi HR & IT svet);
SAP SuccessFactors svetovalec za posamezne HR module (več oseb)
(ki prihajajo iz sveta IT, HR ... );
SAP SuccessFactors razvojnik
(ki mu je IT zelo domač)


Kaj bodo tvoje zadolžitve?
• ldentifikacija potreb naročnika in pretakanje le-teh v izboljšano uporabniško izkušnjo;
• Strateško načrtovanje in operativno izvajanje konfiguracije modulov SAP Success Factors;
• Vodenje projektov po SAP Activate metodologiji;
• Nudenje tehnične podpore strankam in sodelavcem;
• Nekaj pa prepustimo tudi tebi, da definiraš sam/a.

Bonjour, Dejavniki Uspeha has been the leading company in the region for more than 10 years working with and implementing SAP SuccessFactors. We follow our customers on their digitalization journey of HR processes and together with them, we are shaping the workplace with the latest trends in the industry. We get along well with smaller companies with around 200 employees and large ones also, with more than 100,000 employees. On our path we need more successful stars in the following positions:


SAP SuccessFactors HR Salesperson
(who, in addition to modern approaches, also knows the HR & IT world);
SAP Success Factors Consultant for individual HR modules
(more positions for individuals coming from the world of IT, HR ... );
SAP Successfactors Developer
(this person is very familiar with IT)

And what about your part?
• Identification of the client's needs and implementing them into an improved user experience;
• Strategic planning and operational implementation of the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules;
• Project management according to the SAP Activate methodology;
• Providing technical support to customers and colleagues;
• We leave something for you to define yourself.

Kaj pričakujemo

• Dobro poznavanje kadrovskih procesov in zanimanje za digitalizacijo podjetij;
• Velika prednost je poznavanje orodja SAP SuccessFactors;
• Natančnost, analitičnost in ciljna usmerjenost - včasih je potrebno od goste šume videti drevo ali obratno;
• Komuniciranje v enem ali več tukaj omenjenih jezikov (obarvanih modro), od katerih sta angleščina in XML "Expected Behavior";
• Dodatni jeziki so seveda dobrodošli.

Which qualities will we be looking for?
• Good knowledge of HR processes and interest in the digitalization;
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage;
• Accuracy, analytical and goal orientation - sometimes it is necessary to see the tree from the forest and vice versa;
• Communicating in one or more languages mentioned here (marked in blue), of which English and XML are "Expected Behavior";
• Additional languages are more than welcome.

S tern ne mislimo na številne naloge, ki jih komaj dokončaš, ampak vsebinsko razširjeno in poglobljeno delo, ki zahteva nenehno učenje in razvoj. Lahko pričakuješ, da boš pridobil/a vsaj 3 nave informacije dnevno ne glede na pretekle izkušnje.

lahko pritakujes kaksno nalogo, ki bo od tebe zahtevala zbujanje domisljije in jo bos zakodiral/a ter s tern navdusil/a HR strokovnjake.

• Stimulativno okolje
Vrednote, ki nas zdruzujejo so medsebojna pomoč, do bro počutje in motiviranost na in nagrajevanje delovnem mestu. Če temu pripisemo se stimulativno nagrajevanje za opravljeno delo, se ti zdi, daje to tvoj pravi naslednji korak v karieri?

Tired of one type of work or position? Kein Problem, because there are so many other things to do with us. We believe that routine tasks comes in handy as a break from real challenges. Maybe write some Business Rule or OOata API call?

• We'll challenge you
You can expect some tasks that will require you to awake your imagination and creativity. You will code it and :hereby impress the HR experts.
