• Technical and disciplinary management responsibility for 4 employees of the bid team
• Evaluation of the specifications of electrical machines (synchronous generators up to 50 MVA, with a focus on hydrogen generators)
• Interpretation and economic evaluation of electromagnetic and mechanical design
• Handling of special drive issues in conjunction with gearboxes and/or frequency converters
• Independent bid preparation and price calculation (data sheets, manufacturing costs)
• Redefinition of processes and standards
• Creation of design specifications, customer documentation and manufacturing documents
• Overall coordination and management of the submission of bids within the business division

Kaj pričakujemo
• Completed technical academic training in electrical engineering/mechanical engineering (TU - technical university)
• Knowledge of electrical machines and drive technology including FEM methods and knowledge of regulations
• A proven history of many years of relevant work experience in a similar position with management experience
• MS Office package, spoken and written English, spoken and written German is an advantage
• Decision-making skills and assertiveness
• Resilience and a sense of responsibility
• Excellent teamwork and social skills
• International background
