Your responsibilities:
- Digital archiving of receipts
- Receipt management
- Maintenance support of the electronic accounting archive
- Balancing of electronic and booked receipts in SAP
- Checking of incoming electronically transmitted receipts
- Providing original receipts for reclaiming foreign value added tax on input
Your profile:
- Commercial training/qualification (graduate of commercial college, or relevant secondary school diploma)
- Knowledge of Accounting as an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP as an advantage
- Expert user of MS Office
- Structured approach to work
- Excellent communication skills (also in English)
- Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €37,555.56. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
