SKDD-CCP Smart Clear d.d. is a fin-tech company and one of the fourteen financial institutions authorized under the EMIR regulation to provide Central Counterparty (CCP) services within the European Union. As a CCP, SKDD-CCP acts as an intermediary between other market participants; credit institutions and investment firms, and its main service is Clearing. Also, SKDD-CCP implements best risk management practices, which help mitigate systemic market risks and enhance overall market stability. Currently, the company is in the process of developing new service that will be offered to both the Croatian and international markets.
Junior Control and Risk Management Specialist
Job description:
- Support for quantitative validation of methodologies, control, and risk management procedures
- Analysis of the Company's operational and financial performance
- Verification of the applicability and effectiveness of adopted methodologies and control and risk management measures to which the Company is exposed
- Data preparation and analysis, support in the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of risk management models
- Support in the development of methodology, calculations, and analysis related to risk parameters
- Preparation of regulatory and internal reports
- Monitoring daily risk indicators, analysis and reporting
- Cooperation with other organizational units
- Other administrative and operational tasks
Employment type: Contract for an indefinite period, with a trial period of six months
Required qualifications: University degree or 300 ECTS credits in science, mathematics, or technology
Years of experience required: 0-1

SKDD-CCP Smart Clear d.d. je finančno-tehnološko podjetje, ki ponuja storitve centralne klirinške nasprotne stranke (CCP) v EU in se osredotoča na obvladovanje tveganj in stabilnost trga. Iščejo mlajšega strokovnjaka za nadzor in upravljanje tveganj, ki bo sodeloval pri kvantitativni validaciji metodologij, analiziral poslovanje podjetja ter pripravljal poročila in podatke za upravljanje tveganj. Zahtevana je univerzitetna izobrazba s področja znanosti, matematike ali tehnologije, izkušnje niso nujne, prednost pa imajo kandidati z znanjem finančnih trgov, podatkovnih baz in IT procesov. Delo poteka v Zagrebu, pogodba je za nedoločen čas s šestmesečnim poskusnim obdobjem, prijave pa sprejemajo do 22. maja 2025.
