Databox je hitro rastoče B2B podjetje, ki razvija programsko opremo, z glavnim ciljem pomagati podjetjem pri njihovem poslovanju. Podjetje ima sedež v Bostonu (ZDA) in ima trenutno nekaj čez 90 zaposlenih. Databox aplikacijo uporablja že tisoče podjetij, med katerimi so velika svetovna podjetja (Cisco, Converse, Nike, PWC ...) kot tudi številna druga mala in srednja podjetja iz celega sveta.

Med nas vabimo Specialista za tehnično podporo, ki bo okrepil/a našo ekipo ter s svojim znanjem in izkušnjami pomagal/a pri nadaljnji rasti našega podjetja.

This is a career growth opportunity for a customer support specialist with strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, consultative, and presentation skills. 

Technical Customer Support Specialist/Remote


Responsibilities include: 

  • providing setup and onboarding services to our customers via calls 
  • working with our product team to investigate and resolve technical support tickets
  • working with our marketing, sales, and product teams to continuously improve our efficiency and customer experience

This role offers extensive and ongoing technical, customer support, and sales training and coaching with competitive compensation and the opportunity to double your earnings in 1-3 years based on performance. 

All technical support specialists start on our customer support team handling chats and email tickets and setting up calls for our sales and technical support teams. Once you’ve learned the necessary skills and knowledge, you’ll have the opportunity to move into the technical support role. 

Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must.

Additionally, the ideal candidate has some of the following experiences: 

  • 2+ years experience in customer support or sales role, ideally in a software company that sells to other businesses 
  • Experience using popular marketing, sales, and business SaaS software tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Intercom, Active Campaign, Quickbooks, and any of our other 70+ integrations.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools like Databox
  • Experience querying data from SQL databases
  • Experience pulling and manipulating data via APIs using middleware tools like Zapier and Integromat or directly by writing code

Our team is distributed globally across several continents with concentrations of team members in Ptuj and Ljubljana (Slovenia), Boston, MA (USA), Novi Sad, and Belgrade (Serbia). The Team

Our Product and Engineering team has over 35 members with extensive experience in UI/UX design, frontend/mobile/backend development, product growth, and analytics. Our backend infrastructure is split into several major components including data calculations (crunching user data), data rendering, application business logic, and other traditional MVC components. The majority of our applications and services are built using Node.js, Typescript, PHP and .NET. PostgreSQL is used for our main database and our data warehouse. Our warehouse is growing rapidly and loading, transforming, and calculating the data is becoming more and more challenging.

As our needs evolve, we keep exploring new tools and ideas and love working alongside people who are willing to try new things. Mentoring, code reviews, writing tests, and engaging in blameless postmortems are only some of our core engineering principles.
