Job Position: Senior – HR & Payroll

Europe – Full time – Ljubljana

Job Purpose:

The Senior HR & Payroll will perform a variety of HR and payroll activities for the company. S/He will:

  • Manage the client relationship and delivery of service to a portfolio of clients
  • Have responsibility for ensuring the delivery of all client work across the portfolio of clients in a timely manner and to a high standard in accordance with Regulations
  • Develop opportunities within existing Client base and assist with continuous improvement of the service lineDevelop opportunities within existing Client base and assist with continuous improvement of the service line

The Senior HR & Payroll will work with an experienced team of TMF accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting the payroll documents
  • Using various solutions for data exchange
  • Entering data in the payroll system
  • Calculation of salary, taxes and contributions
  • Control over correctness of payroll calculation
  • Preparing and submitting the reports for the tax authority and the statistical office
  • Claiming payments from the social security
  • Archiving documents
  • Ensuring compliance with personal data protection
  • HR administration, including social security (de)registration, preparation of employment contracts and other documents
  • Having a good understanding of the strategic importance of revenue, profitability, chargeability and the client relationship and effectively apply this understanding to daily tasks
  • Keeping up to date with legislative changes affecting payroll calculation and HR administration
  • Identifying areas for improvement in policies, processes, procedures and systems
  • Managing, building and developing relationships with clients and advisors/auditors as appropriate
  • Responsibility to integrate, work effectively in a team, collaborate and share knowledge/expertise across service lines and other TMF offices on specific deals
  • Work in compliance with all TMF procedures and related standards of work
  • Other activities ordered by superiors

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in multinational environment
  • Relevant college or university degree (Finance/Economics/Business Administration)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Keeps up to date on current internal and external procedures and regulations
  • Well-developed organisational skills with experience of planning and prioritising workloads and managing deadlines
  • Analytical thinking and a high attention to detail

Skupina TMF v svojo ekipo v Sloveniji vabi Višjega sodelavca za HR in obračun plač

Delovno mesto: Višji sodelavec – HR & obračun plač
Evropa – Polni delovni čas - Ljubljana
Opis dela:
Strokovnjak za HR in obračun plač bo za podjetje opravljal vrsto kadrovskih aktivnosti in aktivnosti v zvezi z obračunom plač. Odgovoren bo za:

- Upravljanje odnosov s strankami in opravljanje storitev za portfelj strank
- Pravočasno in kvalitetno zagotavljanje storitev strankam v skladu s predpisi
- Iskanje novih priložnosti znotraj obstoječe baze strank in pomoč pri nenehnem izboljševanju storitev

Delo bo potekalo v izkušeni ekipi TMF računovodskih strokovnjakov.


Ključne odgovornosti:


- Zbiranje dokumentov za obračun plač
- Uporaba različnih rešitev za izmenjavo podatkov
- Vnašanje podatkov v sistem za obračun plač
- Obračun plač, davkov in prispevkov
- Nadzor nad pravilnostjo obračuna plač
- Priprava in oddaja poročil za finančno upravo in statistični urad
- Vlaganje refundacijskih zahtevkov iz naslova zdravstvenega zavarovanja
- Arhiviranje dokumentov
- Zagotavljanje skladnosti z varstvom osebnih podatkov
- HR administracija, vključno s prijavo/odjavo v zdravstveno zavarovanje ter pripravo pogodb o zapolsitvi in druge dokumentacije
- Dobro razumevanje strateške pomembnosti prihodkov, dobičkonosnosti, odgovornosti in odnosa s strankami, ter učinkovita uporaba tega razumevanja pri opravljanju dnevnih nalog
- Spremljanje zakonskih sprememb v zvezi z obračunom plač in kadrovsko administracijo
- Prepoznavanje področij za izboljšave v zvezi s politikami, procesi, postopki in sistemi
- Upravljanje, grajenje in razvijanje odnosov s strankami in svetovalci/revizorji
- Vključitev v ekipo in učinkovito delo znotraj le-te, sodelovanje ter izmenjava znanj in izkušenj med različnimi področji storitev in drugimi TMF pisarnami
- Delo v skladu z vsemi TMF postopki in standardi dela
- Druge naloge po navodilih nadrejenih

Kaj pričakujemo

- Vsaj 3 leta ustreznih delovnih izkušenj, zaželeno v mednarodnem okolju
- Ustrezna izobrazba (finančna/ekonomska/poslovna smer)
- Zelo dobro poznavanje paketa MS Office (predvsem Excel)
- Tekoče pisno in govorno znanje angleškega jezika
- Spremljanje trenutnih notranjih in zunanjih postopkov in predpisov
- Dobro razvite organizacijske veščine, izkušnje s planiranjem, prednostnim razporejanjem nalog ter upravljanjem rokov
- Analitično razmišljanje, visoka natančnost
