It is one of the worldwide leading suppliers in the field of Broadband Network (NGN, DSL, MSAN), Mobile Network (GSM/GPRS, UMTS, CDMA), Optical Network, Data Communication, Software and Applications (Intelligent Network). Huawei Technologies experienced a fast growth in the last decade with offices in more than 170 countries in the world and supplied its diversified products and solutions to the global. Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • responsible for establishing, developing and closing business opportunities with key telecom operators in Slovenian market,
  • seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with telecom service customer accounts,
  • collect and analyze marketing information,
  • enhance customer relationships,
  • manage and coordinate all activities between Huawei and the customers,
  • promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers,
  • produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations and identify key customer requirements,
  • create Sales Account plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall company strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above,
  • 8-15 years work experience, mostly in telecom/IT industry,
  • demonstrate ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology,
  • manage customer accounts at both the C-level and technical level,
  • ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans,
  • have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: Wireless solutions including CDMA, UMTS; Broadband Network & IPTN network including NGN, ATM/IP, DSLAM, & DATA; Optical Network including SDH, WDM; intelligent network including SCP, SMP, SDP, BI, Big data; IT network including Server, storage, etc.,
  • detailed knowledge of local carrier business models and service management strategies,
  • excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, sales & marketing),
  • ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential,
  • must welcome challenges and must be self-motivated and capable of working under own initiative,
  • good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

- sposobnost ustvarjanja blagovnih znamk, raziskovanje razvojnih priložnosti produktov, izdelava konkurenčnih strategij in načrtov za stranke,
- dobro delovno znanje vsaj enega ali več naslednjih izdelkov in rešitev: brezžične rešitve, vključno s CDMA, UMTS; širokopasovno omrežje in omrežje IPTN, vključno z omrežji NGN, ATM / IP, DSLAM in DATA; optično omrežje, vključno s SDH, WDM; inteligentno omrežje, vključno s SCP, SMP, SDP, BI, Big data; IT omrežje, strežniki, podatkovne shrambe itd.
- podrobno poznavanje lokalnih modelov operaterjev in strategij upravljanja storitev,
- odlične sposobnosti sodelovanja z ljudmi iz različnih področij (upravljanje produktov, inženiring, prodaja in trženje),
- ustvarjalnost in inovativno razmišljanje,
- motiviranost z izzivi in samoiniciativnost,
- dobra ustna in pisna komunikacija v angleškem jeziku.
